Zero Clearance Spline Jig

Sale Price: $49.99 Original Price: $59.99

Cut clean, consistent spline slots every time.
The Zero Clearance Spline Jig takes the guesswork out of routing precise splines while protecting your workpiece from tear-out.

Each jig includes two replaceable MDF inserts—one on each side—to support the fibers as the bit exits the cut, leaving a clean edge and crisp corner. You’ll also receive 2 additional pairs of replaceable MDF inserts. The included 3D printed guide bushing fits any standard router plate designed for guide bushings, locking into the jig’s slot with zero side-to-side play. That means your router only moves in the direction of the cut—no wandering, no guesswork.

The bushing accepts bits up to 7/8" wide, giving you flexibility for different spline sizes. Integrated depth reference lines are printed directly into the jig in 1/8" increments up to 1-1/8", making it easy to set and repeat your cut depth without extra measuring.

Precision, repeatability, and a cleaner cut—every spline, every time.
